Pros

I've worked for many companies but never had I worked a company that actively work ourselves to the bone. We are encouraged to look after our own health first as long as a project is not urgent there is no need to work after hours or on weekends.

Cons

Salary wise compared to other companies can be a tad lower for comparable positions.

Pros

Pay and benefits. Ample amount of PTO! Diversity among colleagues and managers. Hundreds of open positions.

Cons

Microagressions. No annual pay raises to combat inflation. Metrics constantly change and it’s giving me whiplash. You will have to move to a different city or state for an opportunity. Leadership does what they want although they send surveys and ask for feedback. If feedback is not line with their expectations, it will not be accounted or put into action.

Decent pay for the area, remote every other week and good benefits

Cons

Connect is more of a call center and not pharmaceutical sales. I was excited to work for a prestige companies such as Pfizer but the Connect leadership only cares about quantity not quality. Every few months our expectations for our calls, virtual interactions and sales are raised and at this point they are pretty much unachievable.
