      Pretty competitive base salary levels Excellent benefits and policies Work from home arrangements available at least once per week, if not more, in most groups Excellent name/brand recognition

      Cons

      Extremely political culture Hard to tell where you really stand and if you're "in" Only those who are in the know get promoted - not transparent process Constant fear of the next round of layoffs creates a toxic environment full of finger pointing and self-serving behaviors. Culture is not team-oriented Bonus program doesn't go very far down in the organization
