      Pfizer is a global company that is always looking for making things better, more efficient and productive. When you work for a Best in Class organization you become into a best professional.

      Cons

      Even though Compliance should be an essential part of your organization, there is a risk that you create a holy inquisition type structure (e.g. Corporate Audit) which core value is witch hunting. This is not good.
