Terrible nightmare for me. I thought it was a great experience to get to work in such world known company however it doesn't apply to the local branch here. Culture is bad, some teammates could be very selfish, afraid of getting into trouble which lead to the result people not supportive for new joiner. No training at all, they expected you to hit to the ground and run yourself day one. Work life balance is almost a dream, depends on which team you are in, some 9-5 could be possible but its near impossible my case while working until 10pm is very usual. Complicated compliance procedure drives project delays and delays and not able to meet its deadline, end up leaving all the mess and extra work created to this person and not appreciate by most Managers. Very limited career advancement but its great if you are looking a no soul work for just good money.
