The above mentioned is all that was good at Pfizer and although I enjoyed my time there, it still fell short of expectations. As one of the biggest pharma companies, you'd expect pay to be equal to or above other companies, but they definitely were not. The group I was in, played an extremely vital role in many projects, was constantly asked to go above and beyond job descriptions, and were always being told how vital we were to the success of our site. However, when it came to compensation, yearly reviews, and pay raises we were ALWAYS told that a 1-3 percent raise was standard across Pfizer and that it was out of our direct manager's hands. Inflation is 3% and my raise was 1.9%. I'm getting paid less this year than last?!
