      Pros

      People, work/life balance, clean environment, understanding manager, reasonable benefits, great people and good management team.

      Cons

      Pay too many business units and not enough interaction between them especially when changes are being made.

      Pfizer is a nice place to work

      Pros

      The ability to work from home as a perm employee is a plus, at least 2 days a week. Summer/Pfizer fridays start and end with daylight savings time (Mar-Nov), work about an extra 45 a day and leave at 1p on friday. Big company with decent benefits, very flexible work arrangements.

      Cons

      Impersonal, depending on what site you work in and the dept, difficult to interact with people from other depts. Few private workspaces in some sites. Raises are not great, no bonus at some levels, unlike at other companies where nearly everyone gets some kind of bonus or incentive Own it culture doesn't work as there is no real incentive o work any harder than you have to as there is nothing to work towards as promotions seem few and far between.
