      Big MNC. Helpful colleagues. Nice opportunities to move around.

      Cons

      Change in management and changes in the organisation is too often and drastic. Work processes keeps changing and its very hard to keep up with such changes. Support to do work is getting lesser and lesser as people are more keen in the fight for survival. Pretty sad to see the company in such a state.
