      Company offers competitive salaries , ability to learn and grow in different disciplines, agile and adaptable workforce, great culture with flexible work arrangements and above average benefit offerings

      Cons

      Company has worked hard to develop the right tools for managing stress, work life balance issues - but work still is required. Talent management could be a better focus for the non-science areas of the company.

      Right now I am currently saving the lives of others and is very proud if that. Pfizer working environment is clean and a safe place to work. You love it here!

      Cons

      Some of the downsides of Pfizer is moving up in the company. It’s pretty difficult if you don’t have degrees behind your name. Sometimes production is very slow. Some night u might not do any work.

      Benefits Company car is Altima - that could also be a con Honestly not a lot of pros past the benefits

      Cons

      Major corporate restructuring effort underway in 2021 to be completed by April 2022. No stability till then. No one knows what the future of the field force roles will look like in 2022. Pay is always significantly lower than other pharma companies for same geography.
