Non-existent communication. Senior management has a "closed door" policy. Morale is not a concern. Employee concerns/ideas seem are not valued or considered.

Extreme lack of communication, poor work/life balance, very poor attendance policy. Lack of training and no follow through on most employees job performance as opposed to attendance policy and unreasonable clock-in/out policy. Too many people being given higher positions based on personal preference rather than ability and knowledge.
