Great boss at actual location but higher up management couldn’t care less about employees.

Cons

Low pay for the level of knowledge required in some areas, pay increases are few and far between, constantly understaffed which makes work- life balance seem very one sided. Having to work late into the day. And there’s not a lot of room for career advancement.
