Perpetually understaffed on purpose

The coworkers are great people. Easy to get promoted since everyone quits. I saw a staff pharmacist move to PIC, then to Director in 1 year.

Cons

Nights on call, weekends all the time. Never see the light of day. Perpetually understaffed. Hi turnover. Minimum pay. Extremely stressful, always rushing due to minimum staff. Can't speak. Too much work. Not enough staff. This isn't temporary, management likes to understaff to maximize profits. Garbage rap music plays constantly. Terrible artificial lighting. No windows.
