Pros
Not many. I like the direct people I work under but that is about all the good I can say.
Cons
We work hard and today were told our yearly raises are being decreased from 2% to 1%. It's very sad that people working in retail stores are making more than Pharmerica. Maybe the higher ups should take a cut in their raise as well..
