Pros

Hardly anything. The atmosphere was pretty laid back, but I don't have any fond memories of this place. There was job security since the turnover was so high...

Cons

The people who work here are crappy and unpleasant. I was constantly getting harrassed. And there is mold in the building. I regret working for this company. The higher up's in the executive wing don't give a crap about anyone but themselves, don't care about the little man in the company. There is no company cohesion because of this. It is pathetically embarrassing.

Loved the work I did for the most part. Great employee discounts.

Cons

Pay was minimal, not competative at all. Once the company lost business everything soured! NO TEAMWORK what so ever! PD is young and CLUELESS about how to manage!

free coffee in the break room, cake every month

Cons

management is completely lost and there is no proper communication channel from senior to middle management. everyone plays favorites and is always up in each other’s business. i don’t say this as someone affected by it so you can feel confident that i am not biased. i see and hear everything and it’s sad how some of the employees are treated.
