There are many circumstances that are negative for my experiences with my former employer. I have tried to be considerate of all perspectives.

Do you reminisce about your junior high days and thank God those days area behind you? If so, then PharMerica is not the place for you. The amount of gossip and childish squabbles is unreal. No rules are enforced. Well...for certain employees they aren't. Who could blame them for taking advantage? You can show up for work 2+ hours late and not be reprimanded. And if you were, it was a joke because management never followed through and only made empty threats.You can basically get away with murder. As a result, employee morale and motivation was seriously lacking, or should I say non-existent. There was little sense of comradery, everyone solely looked out for themselves. The pay was terrible. There was a large pay discrepancy based on absolutely nothing. Newly hired technicians earned as much or more than technicians who worked there for a decade. The place is simply ridiculous! I advise all pharmacy technicians to steer clear!
