Pros

Easy work and some positions don’t require working with customers. It’s nice to be able to pop my headphones in and work without answering or making calls. Good PTO accumulation after being here a few years. Turnover isn’t too high which makes it easier to be yourself around coworkers that you’ve seen around for a long time and I’ve met a lot of good friends here.

Cons

Can be stressful at times and there is pressure to hit numbers. Nothing too harsh but it can get to you sometimes- but that’s with any job. Not a lot of communication between departments. Sometimes management steps on toes when trying to solve issues the easy way. Losing business.

I Admit When I'm Wrong

Pros

If you can't get a job somewhere else and desperately need a paycheck, this is a decent Band-Aid.

Cons

There is not one thing...not one...that they enforce or uphold in the employee manual or standards. I uprooted my family to relocate for a company promotion and ended up in such a horrific situation it made me sick. I notified executive leadership of violations by a VP and his lying about even having a degree, while expecting me to continue his illegal actions in the department. For my trouble, I was demoted and stuck in a corner. So I left, at which point they presented me with a bill for my relocation (which was very cheap by relo standards) and then held my final paycheck. So I lawyered up, filed with the EEOC, and have a massive amount of documentation ready to go. They had several chances to make it right and instead I was told "don't take him on, he's the 'favorite' and you won't win." Last year, when I said there were opportunities for women (see review)? I was completely WRONG.
