      Great people leave and then it takes forever to get someone new in the door. People do not listen to those who specialize in an area and so things with simple solutions do not get fixed. People who need to go never seem to be handled.

      Managment Nightmare - Stay away

      Some great people & co-workers, senior management are intelligent and have a great understanding of IT.

      Cons

      Department management in systems is a nightmare - Unless you are in dire need of a job, stay away. They have an absolute disconnect with entire staff and could care less about you - you are just a number and they feel that they can replace you easily. Vendors were shocked by the behavior of middle management during meetings to the point of having to apologize while walking out with them.
