      Pros

      PharMerica is a wonderful organization that has continued to grow and is working towards a best in class culture. Our closed-door pharmacy environment is attractive for pharmacy staff who would prefer to serve customers without face-to-face interaction. As a part of the BrightSpring Health family of brands, there are a multitude of advancement opportunities throughout the organization.

      Cons

      There are opportunities to increase pay in particularly competitive markets - which PharMerica has been working towards - but it is a gradual process. However, the pace of our environment and internal culture is more appealing than our retail pharmacy competitors which often outweighs the slight pay difference.
