.Flexible PTO hours .Able to set own monthly schedule .Co-workers are supportive and help one another

Cons

.Workflow tends to be light at the end and beginning of the month .Raises are not guaranteed on a year-by-year basis .Wages do feel low for the amount of work done through the month
