Pros

Some of the people are very good at what they do and work hard, the salary is very good compared to other companies.

Cons

Favoritism, cramped, filthy working conditions, and a management team that has no clue how to run a long term care facility. The management team has lost most of the good people and what is left is the bottom of the barrel.

I transferred from another Pharmerica to this Pharmerica the director is wonderful the co workers are great have fun here really enjoy it

Benefits and pay scale need to have more access to corporate to express your concerns without reprimand needs more options for benefits
