It’s a fast pace kinda warehouse pharmacy that has different opportunity for you too learn and work in different areas like order entry, filler, Bagger, IV, front office Ins biller, lead tech, mgr or supervisor or educator.

Cons

Having to work with people who are not punctual, don’t do there share of work and can’t meet the deadline and be on time. Mgr needs to be mgr and not try too be everyone’s friends because people take advantage. And mgr need to follow protocols and not tell you to do things that are against rules and regulations and hang you out to dry when you get caught . Meet standards all the time not just when they want and be professional while at work

Boring Job with No Room to Advance

Great training program with knowledgeable leads

Cons

Management doesn't value newer employees Slowest and least busy sites assigned to new employees so they have nothing to do all day Leads work other people's assigned sites so again theres less and less claims to work each day, but management still only cares about productivity numbers
