Supervisors are very understanding of life issues that may require time off or schedule changes, and they are very supportive of efforts to climb higher in the company. They offer tuition reimbursement up to $2000 per year after one year of employment. You have the ability to work independently without micromanagement.

Cons

My department was brand new when I came on, so there was almost no training.

Locally owned and operated! Weekends off! Warm and welcoming workplace. Technicians are considered a valued part of the team. Great opportunities to learn about medication packing and genuine customer service. Many positive patient interactions.
