      Good to employees, per diem was high, hours were reasonable

      Cons

      Quick to grow and quick to lay off. Lots of turnover.

      Pros

      Overall a very friendly and professional staff. There are many locations through-out the nation and they tend to be as flexible as your director is about working shifts. Company makes a ton of money, very stable company to work for.

      Cons

      Poor Pay and Benefits especially with the amount of work put in a day. Usually contracted within another facility. No raises, expensive health benefits. Upper Corporate management is unreceptive to employees concerns or needs, despite surveys with a resounding negative response.

      I can't really say anything good about this company at this time. Some of the employees are really hard workers.

      Cons

      Over worked, underpaid and unappreciated. Don't expect to have a life outside of work because you never get out on time. Unfortunately It's like working with a bunch of 5yr olds that can't get along. Expressing concerns to the PD get you no where when your the good guy. But if your a trouble maker your complaints will get you far. Management likes to ignore the problems instead of rectifying them. The more you complain the less responsibilities you have.
