      Great job to punch in and punch out

      Cons

      Lack of female management. Much of a good ol' boy's club. Favoritism shown to males by male managers. Lacked corporate structure. No org chart available to employees.

      There really is no pros other than meeting new ppl oh and when there isn't any calls to take you can browser your computer.. With limits of course

      The upper management sucks. They let ppl call out from work all the time without valid excuses or sometimes without an excuse. The you have to work every single weekend and holiday so if you have a family this job isn't for you. The equipment is old and outdated and the space where we all work is small and cramped. The internet sucks. You can't access anything outside of work stuff(which sucks when there's nothing to do that is work related) I currently work there and have been looking for a new job just days after training period ended.

      Nice people to work with, time for breaks, workloads are not crazy

      training is poor due to short staffing, not a lot of room to move up, must work weekends and holidays
