One of the most tone dead organizations I have ever observed. I give them less than 5 years at this pace.

The entire experience was sad. No accountabity,your work ethic will ensure you get a bigger work load while others get to be lazy and still get a raise.the place was like being in grade school I'm telling,like me not her.when issues were taken to management excuses were made for the behavior because they would rather have a useless body then be short staffed
