Pros

The work is fine once you get into a rhythm. Being hybrid 4 days wft, 1 day in office was nice.

Cons

Pay was low at 19/hr. Management is full of alcoholic narcissists. They may or may not still have mandatory OT/dismiss as a group. This did not allow for work/life balance as you did not know when you were going to be off of work for the last 2 weeks every month.
