      Pros

      I learned some new skills that helped me get my new job.

      Cons

      Benefits were substandard. I had to obtain my health insurance through the Health Care Exchange to get some decent benefits. Also, the pay. I was told that my pay was the national average... That wasn't accurate. Apparently paying associates at the bare minimum is the standard while upper management and executive staff are paid very handsomely.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. I love the work. Enjoy customer relationships. Great clinical team and support system. 401k and PTO are great.

      Cons

      Poor communication between account managers and consultants. Not much credit for long travel time. productivity expectations are across the board and do not consider rural areas with long drive time.

      PharMerica needs to develop corporate culture

      Flexible work environment, location close to freeway.

      Cons

      As a contractor, the company IT HQ in Tampa lacks corporate culture. The management staff needs to be revamp in order to improve efficiency and communication.
