      None except for free coffee in break room that's about all the pros for this........... oh and some of the co workers are great

      Cons

      A lot seriously I was transferred to another state as a lead technician that never happened I had the title but was not able to do any sort of lead work. I transferred again back to original state as per diem and have been working hours and not getting paid
