      Pros

      Great work place. Nice pharmacists, always available to help. Manager really allowed employees to work to their full potential.

      Cons

      Upper management did not appreciate the value of this location & closed it. I heard within a few months all accounts that were transferred to nearby sites were lost. Shortly after, same corporate manager was looking for work.

      Best reason to work for this company is the insurance coverage you receive.

      Cons

      The point system. NO ONE can help being late for work if they are in an accident, have a child that gets sick and has to be taken to the doctor, gets a flat tire, your house catches fire....does not matter you get a point. And then certain people are exempt, while others are not. Some pharmacies only work certain hours while others are open all the time. If some pharmacies have to work holidays...ALL PHARMERICA should have to work holidays. Pay is really crappy for what all you are responsible for. Not able to order meds and THAT hurts the facilities residents. Corporate does not have to explain why the med did not get sent. HR needs tweaking...BAD! The HR personal should be for the employee not the employer!

      Horrible micormanagement! Poor raises and management can learn a thing or two.
