PharMerica has some great employees/technicians & pharmacists who are wonderful to work with.

Cons

Raises are not performance based. Employees are often unappreciated at upper management / corporate level.

I liked the flexible schedule and the benefits were average compared to other large corporations. Salary was on the higher side for pharmacy techs.

Cons

Management did not take issues seriously. Work load could become overwhelming for certain employees.
