      Pros- Flexible schedule that is all.

      Cons

      Cons- You end up being forced to work weekends to get the 40 hours in. You struggle for hours at the end of the month.

      Hospital division was a fun, supportive place to work right up until they didn't need you any more.

      Pros

      Positive atmosphere with great networking among other sites. Everybody recognized that we all have lives outside the workplace. Nobody at my site got worked to death, very diferent from most healthcare companies.

      Cons

      All jobs are contracted to other companies' hospitals so you have 2 bosses, sometimes pretty challenging. Highest level of hospital division sometimes clueless of customers' plans, sometimes just doesn't share well. Could have worked harder to help place employees displaced due to lost contract.
