      Pros

      It is a paycheck. Nothing good.

      Cons

      Management does not care for employees. Benefits are not cheap (especially medical). No one listens to your issues...General Manager only sees everyone a complainer and has no clue on how to work in own facility. More of a dictatorship and over micro-managed. Corporate wants the maximum work out of the minimum people. Company "red-lines" most employees and does not give raises. Does not appreciate employees at all...everything is taken and nothing given. Wll not allow flexable scheduling for going to school. Management sees everyone as replaceable.
