      Pros

      * Great ops and sales teams in areas I worked with; Always very hands on and served the client's best interest

      Cons

      * Professionalism slides as corporate office is in Louisville, KY (short skirts, flip flops, shorts, etc. are tolerated) * Routine, inescapable gossip * Most work/projects piled on to the 2-3 dependable work horses for completion * Too many new, un- QA’ed projects shuffled onto workload by management before completion of the previous one * Constant change in upper management; discord and resentment between internal teams * No desirable incentive for client retention; very small monetary incentive given annually

      Pros

      I could set my own schedule as long as I visited my customers routinely.

      Cons

      They are losing business which means employees are losing their jobs. Manager tells you to do something then changes his/her mind within days. They attempted to go me (and others) to quit and when that didn't work, they laid us off. The severance package was terrible.

      Pros

      Career path for upward mobility is in place for sales positions. Work is easy. and un-complicated.

      Cons

      Not customer-focused, low-pay, no accountability. Customers don't think twice before leaving even if it mean breaching their contract. Not a glamorous place to work.
