Nothing , except the coworkers.

Cons

This job is so toxic. They have the worst order entry program, it will literally take you 5 mins to do an NDC change. The days are unorganized and frustrating. There is a new policy every 5 mins. Your day never ends at the time your schedule says, I stay on average 1 hour every day, but not abnormal to stay 3 hours past your shift was suppose to end. Training is minimal if any.

Terrible pay, uneven workload, seasoned RPH's don't do a lot of work and expect younger pharmacists to pick up slack, everyone afraid of getting written up

Terrible terrible benefits. Be prepared to pay a 4500 deductible before your insurance pays anything. And the weekly insurance premiums are high. The pay increase is like a slap to the face. 2% across the board regardless of what the persons work ethic is. The hard workers are worked to death and the people who skate by arent required to do anything. Not even the bare minimum. It is pathetic. There are no bonuses. Not even for Christmas. A very unprofessional, unorganized, and terrible place to work. The management staff enjoys causing drama. Good luck if you work here. You will realize this review is 100% facts. All of the positive reviews are probably paid for.
