Over-Tasked-Feelings of Complete Overwhelm

Pros

Work from home, some flexibility. ‘Some’ being loosely used here.

Cons

This company took a STEEP downhill turn when Brightspring took over. CEO and president couldn’t care less. Running this business into the ground. No raises Insurance sucks No 401k match Made to feel incompetent when certain leaders aren’t getting what they need from you- a lot of bullying Departments are being made to be ‘enemies’ by certain ‘leadership’ Complaints to HR and leadership goes nowhere when reporting certain people for blatant bullying Forced to work multiple days in a row while adding travel on top of that as well- I’m talking you have to fulfill your immediate supervisor’s needs at all times- even if that means working the weekend to keep them out of trouble/possibly losing their job Abusive leadership and clients We just got moved to ‘discretionary’ PTO and are made to feel absolute guilt for trying to take time. The proverbial carrot is dangled in your face, but try to put in for some time off and see if it’s ‘approved’ insane. And I’m not talking about abusing the system either. Some of us are tenured and had a pretty good accrual each year- now I feel like I have to fight for it Bringing on a huge client and it’s all hands on deck… don’t dare try to ask off during this time either- even when it’s not your client. The decline is real. Everyone is expected to do the work of about 8 people. It’s exhausting. I’m tapped out. There is no ‘work/life balance’ anymore. Pharmerica feels as if they own their employees’ lives. Do yourself a favor and just don’t.
