Pros

Overall a very friendly and professional staff. There are many locations through-out the nation and they tend to be as flexible as your director is about working shifts. Company makes a ton of money, very stable company to work for.

Cons

Poor Pay and Benefits especially with the amount of work put in a day. Usually contracted within another facility. No raises, expensive health benefits. Upper Corporate management is unreceptive to employees concerns or needs, despite surveys with a resounding negative response.

Nice employees, everyone was fairly friendly, though there was some internal strife and back stabbing. Good pharmacists.

Cons

Low pay for quantity of work expected, poor training. Schedule kept being switched around. Oppressive atmosphere.

Lack of female management. Much of a good ol' boy's club. Favoritism shown to males by male managers. Lacked corporate structure. No org chart available to employees.
