Pros

Steady work with decent team players. Schedule is consistent with opportunities for overtime. Online competencies are very detailed and helpful. Work/life balance is ok considering the volatile fluctuations in work flow.

Cons

401K has not been matched since COVID. Little to no communication about merit increase. Corporate base their expectations and staffing on analytics that do not necessarily translate to real time.

The local team is great. The corp team has ghosted us

Cons

No raise in years. No mention of raises in your review NO 401k MATCH. Max you can contribute per year to 401k is <3% since they never qualify since they won't offer safe harbor plans Healthcare insurance is a joke. No provider takes it or understands it (even if they call to help you) and we are a HEALTH CARE COMPANY.

Pros

Direct manager is the best, flexible scheduling, always get help when I need it. I like being in different places and not the same location every day. No direct patient care, mileage reimbursement is okay. Coworkers are great.

Cons

We start to see bits of micro managing when higher up positions change, like as far as telling us how to write an email. No annual raises, no 401k matching, benefits not great
