      Pros

      Great boss, people were nice, pharmacist always willing to answer any questions you have. They work with you if you have kids and don’t ding you if you have to call off.

      Cons

      No room for growth. You get the same 2% raise even if you have many different jobs as someone who just fills all day. A bus driver and someone who works at macy’s makes more $$$ than a certified tech. Not family friendly with hours. No reason to work hard you won’t get anything extra.

      Pros

      Now able to dress casually every day. Lots of freedom to learn and work interdepartmentally. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Former executive management continued to cut, cut , cut and made nearly all depts unsustainable. There have been positive changes since merger with Bright Spring but it will take years to recover.
