      Revolving door of people, often used as a stepping stone to obtain a newer, better job.

      Pros

      Decent location, short commute to Tampa office from most locations. Some great, hardworking people who are getting frustrated and deserve promotion.

      Cons

      Unable to retain strong contributors due to disfunction. Poor use of company budget resulting in unbalanced resources and lack of benefits and pay.

      Large company with good benefit

      Cons

      Largo location management has favorites and their bosses won't help. Extremely inefficient work layout. The Colorado location produces similar output while running on 1/4 of the staff.
