      Most co-workers are good to eachother and take care of eachother.

      Cons

      Management does not know how to manage people. Management is unprofessional and don't care about employees. High turnover due to they don't care about employee development and workers are over worked and under paid and appreciated. Managements attitude is do as I say not as I do. The team of leadership is a joke.
