      Pros

      Team work was pushed. Ideas were encouraged. Hybrid schedule. Rarely needed to work on weekends.

      Cons

      Upper management would listen to your ideas but never follow up. Raises were a joke. You got overloaded with work and expected to take on more. Promotions were given to favorites who were yes people. The hard workers stayed put since they were handling the work load. Also, if a circumstance came up where you had to move and had the possibility of working remote, you would be denied if you weren't a favorite.

      Hi, thank you for your feedback. Raises are given based on multiple factors that are reviewed carefully by our management team. In addition to pay, our employees may be eligible for the following based on their position: medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off and paid holidays, 401(k), employee discounts, tuition assistance, an employee assistance program, and other company perks such as daily pay.
