None. Good people I guess locally

Cons

They don't care. We were SEVERAL people short and they only care about their bottom line. It's too much stress to expect and then barely pay a current living wage for. Upper management simply does not care about anything but their own paychecks. They are content to watch their employees absolutely drown. They cut benefits worse and worse every year as well.

Constant turnover so you are overworked since it’s always understaffed. Working extra is expected and not appreciated. Management will bring ‘treats’ as a thank you but it’s just to make you think they care. The on-call services provided are horrible and take a toll on your personal life. No annual reviews so no guidelines on how you are performing. Fairly toxic work environment. Favoritism plays a key role here. You never truly feel job stability as owner fires employees on a whim. ‘You are replaceable’ as the owner has said to his employees. Owner gives raises just so he doesn’t lose employees when others start to leave. The stress level with the job, environment and help you ‘receive’ make it not worth the wages. The business is on a downhill trajectory.
