Bad management

Management isn't the best. This is my first job as a pharmacy technician, and at first it was all right, but there was a change in management and things went downhill. Further, there wasn't any real training to the job I had and no mention of quotas at all. Rather than get me the proper training to do my job appropriately, I was shunted to another position and I am in danger of losing my position due to errors and being too slow. Also, one pharmacist abused her position when I first began working there and I feel that is part of my current predicament.
