      Larger organization with some quality individuals that you can work with. Sales compensation was pretty good and they did pay out and didn't mess around with compensation.

      Cons

      Private equity fueled growth in the health care space. Grow, grow, grow and then ask questions on why they can't keep up with the growth. Difficult to maintain support staff in locations Recently has undergone a significant overall of some more senior leadership on sales, operations, and account management.

      No one gets in trouble for not doing their job so everyone who does work has to work extra
