      Pros

      - great for entry level and learning an industry - Solid job while I earned my MBA - Lucky to work with a small handful of cool people - Mark Harris and Shawn Davis are top tier managers

      Cons

      - Limited growth opportunities and raises - poor utilization of employees and putting them in positions to grow - inconsistent when it came to returning to office. Most depts either didn't or received hybrid attendence - value "perception" over actually productivity - really lacks community/commraderie/social atmosphere, no one really went out after work.
