      CEO really attempting to make employees feel appreciated and boost morale.

      Cons

      Lots of misinformation as well as miscommunication due to lack of knowledge and communication from manager. Favoritism in the work place causing display of uneven punishments for mistakes or negative behaviors. Workers of no experience preferred for hire making training very difficult. Turnover rate very high for employees, specifically drivers and pharmacists. Management did not listen to employees handling daily tasks regarding ways/methods to help improve efficiency.

      The hours. Where I worked they were several shifts which started at 7a, 8a and 11a.

      They promote according to who is liked the best and not by merit.
