slightly better pay than retail

Cons

favoritism, less senior new hires get day shift after already promising the next shift opening to someone waiting. Management comes and goes when they want but will micromanage when they are there. Bottom of the barrel as far as personality and skills among employees. A few hard workers, mostly just drama.
