free coffee in the break room, cake every month

Cons

management is completely lost and there is no proper communication channel from senior to middle management. everyone plays favorites and is always up in each other’s business. i don’t say this as someone affected by it so you can feel confident that i am not biased. i see and hear everything and it’s sad how some of the employees are treated.
