      Pros: Lots of Overtime Decent Pay(Starting) LOTS of benefits to enroll in. Overnight and Day Shifts Not a strict dress code

      Cons

      Cons: Uses PTO for days off sick or needing to come in late, and does not matter if you have a doctor's excuse, also you gets points with using PTO. If you occur so many points in a year and you are terminated. High Stress Job, High Demand Work Short staffed most the time. Work a majority of holidays. No room for cross training, or promotions, or a decent raise. Management could be better structured, poor communication. Cultures and Values are not held up to contracted standards.

      Pros

      My day was filled with creative report writing using Cognos and creative ETL using IBM’s Data Manager ETL tool and Framework Manager. Bursting reports and email delivery is an everyday occurrence.

      Cons

      Training dollars were always slim so there wasn’t much opportunity to learn something different. Training is always a great investment for retaining employees and attracting great new talent.
