Thanks for your post and more than 2 years on the job! We are going to work hard to move from "decent" to excellent and the best way to do that is to communicate with your manager. If there are things we can do better, please let us know. There are many hard working Pharmers in the warehouse but we are certainly looking for more as there is no shortage of work. Beautiful new location. Great Team, Good Leadership and Very Supportive Colleagues. FMLA Friendly. Never felt pressured to work more than required and never made to feel guilty for taking time off. This fosters a more laid-back, easygoing culture among the employees. 401K, New remote work policy, 3 days in office and 2 days at home.

Cons

Pay is not competitive. Not being able to work full time remote.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are very proud of our still new building and the quality of our leadership and management. We made the shift to a hybrid work model and believe this provides the right mix of flexibility and collaboration. Our Pharmers have adopted well to remote work and are very productive when working remote, but there's nothing like the energy in the building on Wednesday's when the majority of the company is present. We are always looking at compensation and benefits to ensure we are market competitive and understand there are many reasons why people choose to work here.
