Pros

I have been working at Pharma Logistics for a little less than a year now, I started as a Business Development Rep and transitioned into a Customer Advocate. After a few months of working here I realized that being a BDR wasnt my strongest strength and saw that they were hiring for a new customer advocate and jumped at the opportunity. My boss is the manager for both positions and he was extremely supportive in my decision to switch positions and was very helpful in my transition. With that being said you are definitely in charge of your career path here and are given all of the tools and the platform to succeed. Hard work here never goes unnoticed, they continuously recognize employees for the hard work they do on a daily basis. Pharma Logistics definitely supports the work/life balance and I have never been treated so good from a company and I am excited to see what is ahead.

Cons

Every company has its strengths and challenges but that's to be expected. As long as upper management is always listening to suggestions this company will continue to thrive.

We love when Pharmers take ownership of their own career path and jump at opportunities within the organization, and even within their own department! This sounds like it was a perfect match. Congrats on your new position and thanks for your feedback!

Pros

If you know the right people you can move up

Cons

Training is horrible. They give this plan of the training you will go through and after a week you're on your own. If you make mistakes it counts against you but they want you to know and understand everything in that one week. Management is a joke. Pay is very low.

Pharma Logistics' Training and Development department was established to ensure that both new and current Pharmers are fully trained to meet the expectations of their position. Our new Pharmers in the warehouse are put through a week long training to learn their basic job responsibilities. We then assess additional training needs on an individual basis, and provide further training and tools to make sure we are meeting the needs of the Pharmer.

Pros

Great industry with a great deal of directions to grow. Company has potential for growth is it allows the right people to grow it.

Cons

Company has ADD when it comes to its focus. They change people's titles and responsibilities on a whim. They don't show regard for people's personal life or health. They promote people who are only interested in their own success. Communications and working relationships between departments is poor.

Thank you for your feedback. We've made some changes which does impact the responsibilities and titles of some of our Pharmers, but it also allows us to better focus on our customers, and grow our business. Our employees are very important to us, so we want to be sure we're providing them with every opportunity to succeed and continue to grow in their career with Pharma Logistics.
